In order to be easily and quickly accessible the material in the repository is divided into six major thematic groups, of which the first three are divided into subgroups. The digitized material can be searched by author, title, keyword, etc.
Most items are in the open access (free and unrestricted public availability), part is available at the user's request, and some material is available only to the Institute’s employees.
The works in the Repository are stored by the Library.
The Repository is made in cooperation with the firm ArhivPro.

Information
Institute for Migration and Ethnic Studies Repository is a database of full papers/texts published by the Institute’s members. The database includes papers in journals and proceedings, books and book chapters, Master and PhD theses, presentations, posters, reports, research data and other types of materials. Full texts of articles published in the Institute’s scientific journal Migracijske i etničke teme / Migration and Ethnic Themes, issued from 1985, are also included. In addition to these works, the database contains part of the Institute’s library holdings, for example, part of the old emigrant material and immigrant press. The newspapers Hrvatska zastava (Croatian flag) were digitized within the framework of the National project "Croatian Cultural Heritage" in 2011.
